EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have just received your GORO item but the size is wrong or it just does not match your taste.

 

It's importante to know that you can always return or exchange very easily.

 

The exchange or return of the article GORO is made under the following conditions:

 

  • The item must be returned in good conditions and without any signs of use within 15 days of receipt of the order;

 

  • Purchases made in November and December will have an extended period for exchange, being possible to do it until December 31st;

 

  • The period of exchange of the items purchased online is always counted from the date of receipt of the order;

 

  • The item must be returned within its original packaging;

 

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns of used articles;

 

  • GORO assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned item; 

 

  • In case of exchange, you should always mention the new model and size you want, either by email or through a written note.

 

After receipt of the product and verified it's in good conditions, the value will be fully credited by the same route with which it was paid.
